We'll spend a day together so you'll understand exactly what needs to be fixed to build a profitable, people-centric email strategy your next 3-6 months.

 

We'll kick off with a prep call so that I can understand where you're currently at and what challenges you're facing so that I can tailor our Strategy Day to your needs.

​We’ll look at your email marketing as an ecosystem, how it connects to other parts of your marketing strategy, how to grow it, and how it can “communicate” seamlessly within itself and with your systems.

How it's going to work

Before

 

  • We’ll meet for 1 hour to identify the essential areas where you need help, and whether the menu items you chose (see below) are the right ones for us to work on.

  • After that call, you’ll get a list of additional assets I need from you (access to your ESP, marketing guidelines/strategy document, list of systems you’re working with, for example!). I’ll look under the hood to come prepared with suggestions for our VIP Strategy Day.

  • In case there are areas you can already improve on before our call, I’ll send those recommendations to you via email (+ video walkthrough to show you what to do and how as well!).

 

 

During

5 hours (including breaks) to come up with a sustainable, human-centric, consent-based, profitable email strategy for the next 3-6 months.

 

Starting out or relatively new to email marketing?

(Usually 3-5 menu items, the estimated length of each topic is mentioned in brackets)

 

  • Choosing the right Email Service Provider for your brand (30 min)

  • Formatting your newsletters - can include developing simple templates, sections, and general visual cohesion (30 mins - 1 hour)

  • Which data to track and why it’s important (30 mins)

  • Ideation and strategy for up to 2 new automated sequences (1-2 hours)

  • Segments and main testing areas for the upcoming 3-6 months - what do you want to achieve and what would you like to learn about your audience in that period? (1 hour)

  • Ideation for the next quarter of newsletters/nurture emails for each of your segments (1-2 hours)

  • Developing ethical incentives for growing your list organically (1-2 hours)

  • The connection between your email marketing to internal web pages and additional systems/assets (1-2 hours)

 

Already been doing email marketing for a while and need a refresh + boost? â€‹

  • Reformatting your emails - can include developing simple templates or sections, and general visual cohesion (1 hour)

  • Auditing your existing emails/flows and coming up with ways to improve them (1-3 hours)

  • Ideation and strategy for up to 2 new automated sequences (1-2 hours)

  • Segments and main testing areas for the upcoming 3-6 months (1 hour)

  • Ideation for the next quarter of emails for each of your segments (1-3 hours)

  • Developing ethical incentives for growing your list organically (1-2 hours)

  • Email frequency based on your (new/existing) segments and audience research (30 mins -1 hour)

  • The connection between your email marketing and internal web pages (1-2 hours)

  • Email list hygiene strategy - including why it’s important and how you can automate it (1 hour)

 

By the end of this day together, you’ll have a solid plan to grow an email list with great-fit subscribers, and practical ways to give them an exceptional personalized inbox experience.

 

After

 

  • You’ll get the recording of our session on the same day, including a transcript of the call

  • You’ll also get an organized Google Doc with all the action points we discussed within 2-3 workdays

  • To make sure that you implement your new strategy with ease and clarity, you’ll also have me available to you by email (surprise!) for the following 30 days.
